Rehearsal Dinner Part 1

Shortly before we made this page, Rachel posted this card and showed us the technique to take the white (or vanilla) specialty bridal designer series paper and color it to customize it for any project. As an avid follower of her blog, I had seen the post and really wanted to do the same thing on a scrapbook page. She was kind enough to let me use her super special DSP to make this page.
To create the effect, you take the DSP and brayer your choice of ink over the paper until it reaches your preferred coverage. Then you just use a tissue to wipe the excess ink off the paper. This paper is specially made so that the embossed design will resist the color you put on, leaving the design white against your colored background.

**This page was made at Rachel's scrapbook club and the original design is hers**
